Lang is on the money there.
Yep its at Coober Pedy.
Its a prop from the aussie movie Pitch Black. The movie ( for those that don't know ) is about
an alien space ship that crashes on a foreign planet.
A lot of scene work was done out from Coober Pedy and when finished , the thing
was abandend and left to rot. Later it was brought into town as a promotional sort of thing.
Hard to say who actually made it , but a hell of a lot of work went into it.
The electrical wiring inside it is amazing to control all the things and lights etc.
Vin Diesel was one of the main actors,..
And yeah ,,it would probably would make a good DUNNY of sorts.

water cooled engine, planetary transmission and double chain drive.
In addition the Lindsley Surrey could be equipped with 14 or 16 horsepower engine.
The advertisement above indicated that a 16 horsepower Deliver Car was much cheaper than a horse.
