hello fellas have just had my computer rejigged and lost some of my data long story short i need to reset my password but having a bit of grief any one out there run me through it thanks whale

Since you are logged in you can reset it yourself.

Click on the "User CP" button and click on "edit profile" on the left then type in a new password.

This assumes you know your current password however!
