On the same weekend as the Clarendon Classic Machinery Rally, those who love Steam trains can get tickets now to ride the train on Saturday and Sunday Sept 20 & 21. Running between Mulgrave and Richmond Stations past the Rally in the showground, tickets are available now on the website
www.sydneyantiquemachineryclub.com/richmond-jubilee.html
which is under the Clarendon Rally section. It is also Richmond Station's 150th Jubilee. Steam Train Tickets are $15 adult, $10 child or $45 family, and you get to pick the train you buy tickets for.
Info below in Blue off their website today so current as of 28/8/14.
The 3237 Loco stops briefly at Clarendon Station, which is only 200m from the gates into Hawkesbury Showground.

RIDE ON THE LACHLAN VALLEY RAILWAY STEAM TRAIN
Richmond to Mulgrave RETURN every hour on Saturday 20th starting at 9.30am to 11.30am then 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Same times for Sunday 21st as well.

The Clarendon Classic Machinery Rally itself is shaping up to be a great rally again. Don't forget, bring an exhibit like your truck and entry is free. If not, entry is cheap anyway at $7 for adults for the day.
See you there, Stephen

Kind Regards
