Trouble logging in?

Hi,

If you are having trouble logging into the new Forum and Club website then have a quick read of the information here and if you are still having problems, make a post and someone will be along to help you shortly.

Before you can start using the new forum you need to reset or request a new password by following the links at the top of this page, just below the club logo, and this will take you through a process of requesting your email address, emailing you a confirmation code which you click on the link, entering your new password and then you an login.

Email Address:
This is the email address that you had/have in your forum profile before the migration and is needed to go through the process of getting a password for this site.

If you have forgotten what email address you used, then you will not be able to request a password and you will need to request a manual reset. You will need to create a post in this New Forum Issues board and provide your existing user-name and a valid email address that we can send the verification code too.

User Name
The user name is the name that appears next to your posts and may or may not be the name you previously used to login with.

If you are not sure what your User name is, get a new password by follow the link at the top of the page and then use your email address in the user-name field when you login. Your user name will appear in the profile that is displayed.

Captcha
This is the security picture that is displayed to try and weed out the non-humans. If you can't read the number in the picture, use the Reload on the top to the right of the image and it will display a new picture for you to try.


If you are still having problems then please create a post in this board with a brief description of the what you are seeing and your details, no phone numbers, and someone will help you. remember your post for help will not immediately be displayed to prevent spam, but it will be seen by someone that can help you.
