Scam Warning was created by Lang
I was very tempted to claim my $90 award with the notice of my "Confiramtion" but decided to forgo the lovely offer.

I know everyone gets this stuff but it seems there are more of this type from well known companies that look very genuine (until you read them). I have been told pressing the "unsubscribe" button is the start of the slippery road to hell. Just delete without opening or pressing any buttons.

Delete without answering but delete in the Spam file and block sender. If nothing else, it makes me feel good.

Mrs., they may not even be from Telstra. I constantly get messages from banks saying there is a problem with my account, and I don’t even have an account with them.

I use the free version of Hiya .It warns of scams and fraudulent calls, allows you to report scam calls and block numbers. I have been using Hiya for about a year and no longer receive scam calls. I also use reverse australia to check on unknown numbers, if they do not show as reported scam or fraudulent calls I ring them back. I also dial #31# before an unknown number to my block caller ID

Yes agreed, I’ve been using #31# for years. Very handy if your chasing warranty claims or unpaid accounts, and they recognise your number and won’t answer. But they pickup the call when the number comes up unlisted.
