Hello group,
Long time between posts, I thought some of the members would be interested in my recent purchase of a 1939 Mccormick Deering T20 crawler.
The tractor is in remarkable condition for its age, we are going to do a 'working clothes' restoration only, and based on the recent start up and operation of the tractor it would appear it may only need a tune up, all oils changed and necessary adjustments carried out.
I am not familiar with these tractors at all and would appreciate any advice from members that would assist in the restoration.
Apologies if I don't get photos and videos inserted correctly and will make separate posts to get them all in.

Cheers Jason

Excellent find there Jason. Once the dirt has been removed with a pressure wash a good way to freshen the paint work is to rub it all over with hydraulic oil. Back when I did a turn on preservation railways in the UK is was a daily chore (before 2 pack paint) for the budding firemen.

Thanks Mammoth,

It will be put in the shed, but would certainly like to preserve it as is.
