1951 Dodge Fargo Panel Van

Hi all. Newcomer and about to start my first restore. 1951 (to be confirmed) Dodge Fargo Panel Van. Built in Keswick SA. The model is 108 BF. Can anyone help verify the year?
The vehicle is essentially complete, just been parked at a farm for last 30 years. Was driven there. Has side windows and appear original, but not certain.
Has anyone done a restore on a Fargo truck/panel van?
Now that I have started this project I suspect I will be a regular visitor to this site.

Is a Fargo 53-55 model
108 is the wheelbase B is the series and F is Fargo
Engine number will be on L/H side of block at front just below head
218 engine will have prefix T307
228 engine will have prefix T311
251 engine will have prefix KEW213

In the series of trucks
D is dodge, sold through dodge dealers
F is Fargo, sold through Plymouth dealers
S is Desoto, sold through Desoto dealers
Most dealers sold all 3 brands anyway.
This lasted till 57 models when all trucks became Dodges and cars became Chryslers.

Has it got a one piece front windscreen

Thanks heaps. Yep, photo's coming in the next few days, just didn't have my camera when I saw it. I can see how this can become a bit obsessive, can't wait to get started. Luckily retured now so have the time and my project partner (sister's husband) is an experienced restorer of anything Ford so long as it has a 351 or similar so he will guide me. Now just need to organise workshop, build lean to roof for extra cover etc. I expect this is will be bigger than I currently imagine.....not sure how I am going to fit in going fishing

Hardtopman, it has a split windscreen, with 3 "vents" across the grill, each slightly longer from the top, with FARGO on a plate between headlights and the round globe emblem on bonnet. Serial is 108B.
Says it is built for 5250 lbs (2.5 tons) which I assume includes vehicle. Was told it is a "one ton van".

Had a chance to scan the net and the Pilot site. This appears to be the same model.
Mine has side windows in the "van".

Mmm, don't think I understand how Inserting an image works. Read instructions but still doesn't seem to be working.
