Dennis Ace

Here are some pics of my latest resto.
Far from complete with many bits needed. What is there is in really good condition so it is well worth restoring.
Plan is to start restoring what is there and hopefully find the missing bits as I progress.
By the chassis number I think it is about a 1937 model. Cheers Kevin.

Hi Kevin. The Ace looks great, I love how these fire trucks hung the engine forward of the front axle!! Must have made for easy maintenance!!

Hi Bugly, Yes it does make getting to them easy. The motor though is very heavy, my engine crane was battling with it. Having said that they are supposed be very easy to steer. I will have to wait about 12 months before I get to that stage to find out. Hope you have a quite summer up there. Cheers Kevin.
