Will put some photos up shortly of the truck in its earlier days, and also when its restoration is complete.

Onetrack, here's the photo's I said I would post:

The towing back came off a ex-NSW government AEC

This is the Oshkosh fitted with a new towing back and the integrated sleeper

This is it after towing back was removed and turned into a prime mover, and resprayed

As above

This is with a 4x8 float and a 2x8 dolly, with a 375 Komatsu

Terrific pictures. Notice the shackle stayed in place in front of it?

Swishy - That load looks like a well-worn, incomplete, trackless, and damaged Cat excavator, going to scrap. It appears it's strapped on top of some other fabricated metal section.
However, I doo standtobee, etc etc ... :D

Fletch - Good pics, thanks for putting them up. I gotta say that sleeper doesn't exactly look like double-bedroom size .. :D

Swishy, it's actually a CAT excavator on a container flat that was imported from overseas for wrecking by a local company Expressway Spares.

One Track, the dog box wasn't very big, but good enough to sleep in.
