Looks like the back portion has been pushed around a stack of boxes (by something heavy and hard) and because all the middle cross members have no cross bracing it has created an S so that front and back cross members remain parallel.

Tend to agree with mammoth, combination of no bracing, (in OZ I believe we use TFB for most crossmembers fully welded, looks like they used RHS), poor welding & a big shunt! :ohmy:
Just needs a little heat in the right spots!
