believe they can be changed in-flight ... ?

Be it firearms or V8 engines, the question is not "why should you have them?"
, but "who are you to demand that I justify them?"

Is the opening photo the An225, or an An124?
The full wikipedia item on the 225:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonov_An-225
I don't know if it has ever been to Australia.
The item on the 124, on which the 225 was based:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonov_An-124
This type was a hit at the early Avalon (Vic.) airshows.
The type appears in Australia regularly on RAAF charters, even landing at Rockhampton (Qld).

Well I don't much about planes but I believe that one of those planes bought the escalators out to Australia for the first Crown casino Kone elevators had won the contract for the escalators because they were the only ones that could supply them in said time. Plane landed in Sydney and then trucked down to Melbourne apparently some kind of record at the time

Your better to die trying than live on your knees begging
