Lang, thanks for putting that link up. It is a great read. Must have been tough men for tough conditions. Liked the bit about each driver being supplied a "girl",so they stopped wandering, or at least could be found. Just imagine the feminist take on it these days! Dave

Thanks for your Sleeper thread. It has some very interesting vehicles and history to give us a change from the American 60-90 trucks that form the bulk of the discussions.
