Great pics Lang. It appears from that selection that the Inters were more reliable than the aircraft.

This lot is Pilatus Porters. Story behind the finger and kangaroo. Anytime the Australians Army. Navy or Air Force go anywhere with foreign aircraft or foreign aircraft visit they stencil a kangaroo some where. Often in a wheel well or inside a locker door where it will not be found until later. The finger was the Yanks getting their own back.
