Can anyone advise the model and make of a master brake vaccuum booster that would fit into my ute and be true to the period ... did IH have one in 59 for models or close to this model?

Hi MLC, Welcome to the forum and your mid life crisis you have now joined the rest of us with the same problem. There is no cure, you will just get worse. Good luck with the resto. I am glad to see the inter has found a good home. I got my J model Bedford from the same property.
Cheers Hardshar.

G`day Hardshare
If you dont mind not having absolute originality, my advice is to fit LPG gas conversion.both my inters with these motors are dedicated gas --saves all the ginning around with carbys and in the long run money-- in Perth gas is half the price of petrol. I did the round tip to the Hume run from WA on straight gas and never missed a beat, those big inter motors love it.
If it has the semi floating rear axels pull them out and have them crack tested or change the whole rear end to fully floating axles---I have had two break on me

MLC - The correct power brake "hydrobooster" to be used on the AA-110 is the PBR VH44F model of hydrobooster.
This is an "original fit" unit. The VH44F has a 3/4" slave cylinder to correctly match the 1" AA-110 master cylinder, which provides the correct capacity and boost pressure for the AA-110 braking system.
The original IHC P/N for this PBR VH44F hydrobooster is 883726R91.
If you purchase a used unit for reconditioning, ensure you purchase the correct VH44 booster, as there are about 20 different models of VH44 booster, all with different components and specifications.
The correct specifications for the AA-110 VH44F hydrobooster unit, are ..
Power chamber diameter ....................... 7 1/2" (190mm) ..
Diaphragm size .................................... Large (there are Large & Small diaphragms) ..
Slave cylinder diameter (VH44 cylinder) ... 3/4" (19mm) ..
Control valve diameter .......................... 5/16" (8mm) ..
Hydraulic displacement (cu. ins. of fluid) .. .97 cu. ins. ..
Crack pressure ..................................... 45 psi ..
Input pressure ..................................... 450 psi ..
Output pressure ................................... 950 psi ..
Check valve .......................................... Straight (can be straight or 90

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationNo eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHi MLC,
Great purchase and good luck with it.
I've always had a soft spot for the Inters, the AA and AB models especially, and every time I see one, I kick myself for missing out on that '61 AA-110 4x4. AARRGGGHHH !!!!!
Either way, try the folowing links. They'll take you to eBay motors US.
This one is for an obvious part you're missing
But this may be of more interest to you. The American A-100 series pretty much mirrored our AA-110, and while this is only a parts catalog, the diagrams are very detailed.
