Well Trev.....we are crossing a very fine line here....
It was a D1610 inter. :'(
I know we can't save em all..but we should be savin more than we are...
Thats all i can add at this point..

hey chocs i have a inter you can save it come from down there, allan browns c1830 prime mover, 1970 model. then i can spend more on my sar and put some photos on this thread

Now you can pour everything into the big banga!
Just drop it around to Cams...he has plenty of room..
I'll pick it up at about 1/2 past september..

heres one I drove in the late 90's

it was an ex log truck from the south of tassie and had a hard life before my boss fixed it up.It had a quarter turn of slack on the steering wheel, it made it interesting carting fresh fish from the west coast.the alloy crossmembers under the cab had flogged out and the rails would flex when stepping on the fuel tanks !!!
we worked the truck fairly well carting general freight during the day and livestock thru the night.It had a consistent problem of the engine dying and stopping.We would just whip the trailer hose off and pressurise the fuel tank and it would start after a bit of cranking.The problem was traced to a piece of the fuel guage sucking over the fuel intake.
