United Air Lines Boeing 247D NC13333 in Chicago being refueled by a Kenworth tanker circa 1937. This aircraft was named “City of Santa Barbara”. Impressed by the Army Air Force as C-73 s/n 42-68370. After the war it went to Mexico as XA-FEP with Aero Transportes S.A.

I have absolutely no idea but it is a great looking machine. I would guess some military experimental that has been "restored" by the look of the mag wheels on the back.
Twin headlight style puts it around late 50's or 60's? Chrysler/Dodge? Spoiler is what seems to be right hand drive.
