Hi Geoff .. i'd probably throw it open if it all worked out, with insurances being the main reason the big old joint had to shut...

...it's on an acre of dirt with about 18 guest rooms and a license isn't needed if you're not SELLING the stuff...all it would be is a great big piss up at my house

First photo I seen this Fuphy in was around 1950 standing at the side gate of the old house where I spend my first 17 years, I had a new barrel put on it around 1990
