Hi JC junior,
Had a chat with your dad here in Bathurst years ago out the back of work,vagely remembering him telling me his truck was ex polar transport.ISTBC but it was a while back. ;)Ive still got his card he gave me.

Time to bring this subject back to the top again.
This truck was owned by Kevin Harness from Collarenebri, NSW and the photo was taken in 2004 when he was hauling grain off "Milton Downs" near Bellata.

I remember in the early 70's, CTK Earthmoving (part of Expressway Spares)at Wauchope had one with a 12V71 pulling their low loader. I think it also was blue and in the summer heat they used to pull the side covers off for cooling.
