Talking 'bout painting things

back inthe late '50s one of My uncles & his mate painted an old Nash car with,( Remember those old pumpup Fly sprays, With the tin and what looked like a bike pump ontop??)

Wore 7 of 'em out painting the old jalopy

And that is a true story

maybee chocs drank some of those sample tins

I'm surprised Lorry, did'nt go to "The reject shop" and buy a HEAP of spray cans

I know a bloke who painted cars and trucks just like Lorry. Washing before painting was unnecessary, and sanding back was only for poofs and fussy buggers.
He DID use a spray gun! Some of his paint jobs were something to see! Bugs in the paint, runs and dribbles, sandpaper finish .. they were all standard and included in the price! .. which was always CHEAP, of course!! ..

I wonder if ol' Lorry would consider franchising out his spray painting business model!

A small outlay for a foot operated air pump and spray gun and you'd be ready to rake it in!
