From 1915 to 1920, The Beech Creek Truck & Auto Company operated in Beech Creek, PA USA located southwest of Williamsport. One of those trucks made its way to Tioga County where a local dairy used it for several years.



Up Beech Creek Without a Paddle
This 1916 Beech Creek truck was not having a good day. The Beech Creek truck was made in Beech Creek, PA while the company was active throughout the late teens. Ultimately, a handful of trucks were made, and the company folded.

The July 1931 “Modern Mechanics” magazine contains a short article that describes a number of the details of the “traveling talkie theater.” At the rear of the body (below) behind a pair of doors are the movie screen and a sound system that could be viewed and heard by as many as 2,000 people. In front of it, is an enclosed projection room and both are powered by an on-board generator.

Ahh! He's trying to confuse us! Have to put laptop up to mirror, thought it was RHD, Tac numbers on bumper are back to front!
