....i guess with every forum there has to be an expectation at times of some very robust ideas, feelings and thoughts....

...you only have to look at our political processes to see that healthy argument and the hurly burly that goes with it can result in a problem being successfully thrashed out....even if it can all look quite childish at times...

...the trick is to not find yourself backed into a corner, whereby the only remedy is to come out swinging.....sometimes this will occur and feelings will be hurt, but as has been stated about heat and kitchens...far better this way than a sanitised crop all wrapped up in pleasant banter......cheers fellas
