Looks as though a few had trouble centering themselves through that hole, bit of "load rash" on those bricks
Some play hard to get

Hmmm, I can't remember the bridges looking that low when I was carting cars up there? Maybe they've laid a bit more tar over the intervening years, or my memory is in relapse!!!!! I looked at the hole in the wall & thought that used to look bigger than that too. Got done years ago coming south by passing a slower truck just after coming out of the hole. Motorcycle officer coming North did a u-turn (over the double white lines) pulled me up & told me it was an unwritten law that you did'nt pass coming up there. Told him I did'nt know anything about that, had'nt heard it before & if that's how it was they should have a sign to say so. Told me I was a smart a$$ & looked around the KW & did me for a bald tyre. Had more tread than he had hair on his head. Ah well, learn to keep ya mouth shut as you get older. Memories, ah memories. But the bridges still look smaller & lower. cya Tim
