V8

Hey take it easy and enjoy the ride, it may take a little longer but it will be worth it, do it right do it once, it looks million dollars to date, there's plenty of us who only wish we could do a restro as good

I do a bit of sub contract work for a company called "Diona". I asked one of the formen why the company was called that, his answer was " Do It Once And Never Again", good philosophy I thought.

Cheers

I thought the fibreglass piece could also use some insulation but didn't want the engine bay to look messy :-/ I think the end result looks pretty tidy though 8-)

Still hope to put the cab back on Saturday morning

V8Internut, just like everyone else has said, top job Mate. Don't worry how long it takes, we'll be all hanging in here watching your progress. I can only guess what that tailshaft cost you but it's all looking great & a credit to you. Love the cab colour & the fact that when it's finished you'll know that YOU have done a great job & it's yours. And just like Berger paints ad, "Keep on keeping on" & it'll get done & we'll be looking at it at a show somewhere. Regards Tim ;)

How long it takes?
Man, V8 Inter is powering through this.
Wish I could do one as quick.

Looks good with the cab on mate. I usually use a spreader bar and phone books to protect the gutters, specially if you are taking one off, if something is still done up with it slung back to a hook sometimes it bends the gutters.
