..... Spotted this in Cessnock................
..................W925 SAR, sadly the owner driver didnt have too much
time out for a chat.














.....I was told it was an ex Seatons truck & he had owned it for a long time....
& gets quite a few requests to buy it...........
The Cummins had been rebuilt a couple of times.... the crow bars were replaced
with a hendrickson set up because the over haul cost was too high.....
Every thing else is close to original......

...The truck is contracted to a couple of coal mines in the Cessnock area
as a water cart etc.......etc.........
The cab sure looks tidy considering the age of the unit.......

But the SAR is 402054 ... got Seatons stripes on it .... I'll follow it up tonight

Interesting Billy ....402054 was originally ordered for Blue Circle Southern ..... on of 2 together ... 290 Cummins, 9 speed SSHD on TBB

......Yeah Werk....we didn't have time to discuss much about the truck sadly.
that pic of the front diff.......I cant remember if that looks like an SSHD or not.
Definitely not an SQHD.
(the uni cap does look as though it needs a bit of a nip up)
The bloke also said there was another Seatons SAR up around there some where....

Billy, At first sight with that oil filter sticking out the front I thought it was a SP40..
But It doesn't quite look right..
Might be a SP40G (maybe)..
