Run to Gisborne Steam Rally - Sunday 16/5/10

This Sunday is National Heritage Motoring Day so expect to see old stuff anywhere and everywhere Australia wide.

The HCVCA is havng a run from BP Oasis (cnr cooper st and the Ring Road Campbellfield) to the Gisborne Steam Rally at 9am. It will be using a back way with some hills and bends - not down the freeway (that is the way home )

No need to book in - just turn up and can someone take some pics for me - I have to work

Sorry mate I will be in Albury but I hope there will be lot of old trucks out and about on the day as it like being a sunny day down here in Mexican. Dave

Young Warwick, my new lorry is still in bits.

I hear on the grape vine that there is a tractor pull organized and a lot of vehichles heading down from the Ballan/Bacchus Marsh area.

Last time we went to Gisborne they had the old tractors out pulling the sled.

Might try and make it with the AB. Depends on how much I get done on Saturday with the Acco.

The vintage tractor pull is a standard part of their display.
