I can tell you where they go but you'll have to wait until I'm back at work to look at a valve.
The valve is marked pretty well anyway.
From memory, the air goes into the hole closest to the steering colomn, the emergency or constant trailer supply is the hole at the other end of the valve, directly under the tractor protection valve, the control line which is the blue line to the trailer is one of the middle ones, then you have an exhaust and the one from the treadle valve as well.

If you take a photo of the underside of the valve showing the markings I can tell you which air line goes where.

So in this set up what releases the spring brakes? Is it the tpv end of the CA300? or do you need another valve? My Dodge has air over brakes and a full mechanical handbrake so it doesn't have air park brake valving.

Tiz a proportion n valve to trailer brakes
th@ iz mainly controlled from truck brake pedal
U can dial up how much the brakes on trailer work
(Subbies luvd these valves to wear out bosses trailer brakes n preserve his own truck brakes)
also dependin on the load ratio truck - trailer jist dial for abalanced brake n system
LOL

If you are talking about spring brakes on the prime mover it would be a separate valve and circuit.

The CA300 pre-dates the introduction of spring brakes on trailers but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work via the tractor protection valve with the appropriate spring brake control and relay valves on the trailer.
