...it WOODEN be any surprise if this truck always ran through the night on high BEAM...flat to the BOARDS....

...must've been Kenny .. the wallopers TWIGGED there was some shenanigans going on with these jiggers and formulated a PLANK for a whole bunch of new rules...

...mind you, they had to authorise a new BRANCH for the implementation of those rules... :
