Dubbo Truck Show, 13th August 2022

Covid put the kybosh on the 2020 Show. It'll be good to be there after 4 yrs..

A good weekend in Dubbo Seed, followed by a cruisy run back down the Newell to be at my joint for the next weekend! Browny says he'll be here early to make sure the beers are on ice for ya..

Things seem pretty quiet for a show people used to get excited about. Yes rain is promised but they do have a humungous shed for the old jiggers.

Will be heading up in the morning, rain all day by the looks.

Big shed was nearly full, little shed was half full, when we left yesterday Arvo, not allowed on the centre so the gravel parking lot was starting to fill. We found a bit of grass behind the quilt shed so we don't fill the front of the truck with mud, the weather is looking better this morning.

There was well in excess of 150 Trucks I was Told.. Tractor & Old Engine Numbers were Down on Previous Shows. & the rain Stayed away (At least while we were there)

I was not far away went for a few walks an ended up talking for a hour a couple of times, sorry mate next hopefully next one. I thought it was a riper of a show considering a four gap and the weather that was predicted and we got the price of fuel and how much effort it takes to get of our arses and do things after all the covid stuff
