Hi Terry
I could not log in last week and you sent me a email with new password which I used, and then created a new to me pass word and all was well. Till now.
The forum will not let me in again.
Original username was alistairwr450, I used Bitsa as a username for your new password, but that will not work either.
Please help.
Cheers
Alistair

Alistair,

I can't see any reason for you not to be able to logon now but regardless I have reset your password to the same as I originally replied.

If you are still unable to login, can you copy and paste any messages you are seeing so I can dig a bit deeper as to why.

Terry

Hi Terry
Here is the message I get when I try to log in.
×
Warning

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
.
I have tried both old and new username and password that I changed to when you reset it for me.
I do not have the password that you sent me as I deleted it when I changed it on my first log-in.
Please help.
Cheers
