PM's

How do I pm another member

You click on the Icon below & to the right of the members Avatar..
or use the Channel 40 facility at the Top of the Page.

I must have limited access as I don't get that icon come up under any avatars

Clicking on "Channel 40" last heading on right directly beloe the HCVC banner takes me straight there,

Click on Channel40 at top of page.
Click on Compose.
Click on Show user.
Select who you wish to send a Pm.
Compose your PM & send,

I have no idea why you Don't have that Little Icon in your Avatar..
I will have to get Gryphon Onto It for you..

Be good if you can do that thanks hayseed. Will be much easier to click pm on avatar rather than going to channel 40 then scrolling down to member required.

At the top of the Forum pages, just below 'Index, Recent Topics, New Topics....' does it say 'Welcome, Guest' or 'Welcome, AR110' ?

There is nothing I can see different in your set up to anyone else, but if you aren't seeing the Chat icon underneath everyone's Avatar then it is possible you are not logged in.

All of a sudden I am getting message "your post will be reviewed by a moderator" ? How come ?

I have had another look and found what I think was the cause.The Chat icon should now be appearing for anyone who is logged in.

All posts for this board require for them to be approved before they appear as it is place where people can raise issues without being logged, ie. general public, as it was set up to help people with the initial migration over to the new Forum platform. I might change that status soon as it has served its purpose.

The other board that also requires approval first is the Public Posting board so people don't have to register just to advertise a truck or try and contact someone.
