Lots of members, once logged in, don't have the little tab to P/M them.

Not really that hard to go to "Channel 40", pretty straightforward, probably spend more time searching through the address book looking for your intended P/M recipient?

All posts for this board require for them to be approved before they appear as it is place where people can raise issues without being logged, ie. general public, as it was set up to help people with the initial migration over to the new Forum platform. I might change that status soon as it has served its purpose.

The other board that also requires approval first is the Public Posting board so people don't have to register just to advertise a truck or try and contact someone.

Just reread post. Where you mention the chat icon is that also called the pm icon
