Sarge,

it is spam or actually looked a little bit nastier but because it was on a grey background the post is only visible to admins/moderators so you just Delete it and then Permanently Delete using the buttons in the bottom right corner.

Because the New Forum Issues and the Public Post boards allow people who aren't registered to post we get one or two of those sort of post a week, but because it requires Approval before it is seen they tend to go away after just one post.
