Shiny one
IH produced the Farmall M from 1939 to 1952. It was a very popular tractor, with over 250,000 tractors sold. The Farmall M was the largest row crop tractor at the time that International Harvester made. In 1941 IH introduced the MD. This was a diesel version of the M. It would start on gasoline and then when warmed up switched over to diesel. It has a 248 cid 4 cylinder engine with a 6 volt electrical system. The Farmall M has 5 forward gears and 1 reverse gear. There were 270,140 M's produced from 1939 to 1952 and 18,253 MD's produced.

Geez those old famall tractors take me back a few years.
My old Dad had a row crop Farmall way back in the mid 50's .His one had all steel wheels with big lugs on them. Musta bin a real bugga to drive over hard ground. He used it for a couple of years and the parked it down by the dam and used it to power the water pump.

YES chocs I allways pay more than scrap price. I have got a lot of my truck & tractors because others wont pay enough for them and some times i dont hear about them and the scrappie gets them some times there only good for scrap
