I think it would have been quite noticeable over here !

2008 Sales over here are :
1. Daf - 13500
2. Mercedes Benz - 11500
3. Volvo - 6500
99.9% I estimate are COE, If I see a bonneted truck over here I look twice.

It seems that about half the trucks on the road in Southern England are now overseas visitors, mainly from Poland, Bulgaria, Russia etc.

Its all very different to Oz :)

Looks like a Trucking Life poster.3.7 diffs,I`d guess it wasn`t speed limited.What did you call them Pete,Bitumen Boeings?

Yes I have only 1 Oz mag, Trucking Life from October 1981.

Woohoo and it's a Tasmanian truck too I remember seeing that many, many moons ago down south.
