Delta Fiberglass

Hi guys, does anybody know if Delta Fiberglass was a off shoot of Reinforced plastics, I only ask because I spoke to the gentleman who worked for Fodens in Liverpool maw and said he went to Reinforced plastics to procure the purchase of the cabs to Fodens but they were supplied by Delta Fiberglass which he believed was a off shoot of Rein forced. He was all so adamant 23 delta cab Fodens were built not 11 as a lot of people say.
