They also imported a couple of the T2000 with the plastic cabs for evaluation but they held together as good as a Freightliner (ie: not very well......)
Some play hard to get

A mate of mine works for KW in sydney and told me about the T605 some years ago. I saw one up the mountains once and it was pulling a trailer for Jolly's of WA. Apparently they were a prototype cab to do away with the 40 year old design that they were (and still are) currently running. This was confirmed by KW when I went on a tour of the factory down your way about 6 years ago and an engineer was stunned that I knew about them. Supposedly not successful.

Bruce,
I've seen one of them there T2000's and was talking to the driver - he said it was a good truck and that's it!! I suppose it had a lot to do with the roads we have - American roads are super smooth and our's are as rough as guts!
