Just a quick update on the little dodge today I stripped back the diff and primed it in red oxide as well as a few ather parts in readiness for a coat of satin black the plan is to have the rear end of the truck back on wheels so I can then tackle the front suspension :D . The only problem I have come across is finding shakel pins for a 114 :-/ I went in to hartwigs in Queanbeyan as they used to be an international dealership and the older parts guy noticed the back of the spring hanger has an inter part # so he is going to see if he can help me out fingers crossed :o cheers Bryant :) :) :)

Ok justa small update on progress I spent a whole day with a strip disc on the chassis getting it ready for primer it's come up not to bad :) fingers crossed Queanbeyan truck & trailer alignment have sourced a set of rear shackle pins :D so the plan is to get the old Girl back on wheels so I can tear down the front end . Picked up the 318 from the engine reconditioners so it's slowly happening :) cheers Bryant

good onya good to see your still plugging away at it it will al look different once you get some paint on it . Do you reckon those overloader brackets stops what ever are original ? they look sort of a bit light to me :-/ but I am no expert

Hey Paul the overload brackets are not original I would say they were fitted when the old owners fitted the extra spring pack on I don't think the old girls going to be in contact with them as far as the loads I'll have on the back cheers Bryant :)

It's looking great! Thanks for keeping us up to date with the pics.
I'll have to go through my Inter books now, I don't know what model uses those shackles. I'm curious.

Cheers.
