If it is Gulgong I am surprised that another member here didn't pick up on it as he lived there for many years.

I haven't finished yesterday's work, and haven't started today's, and don't have 2 min. If others have beaten me, go for it.
East of the Riverina, but south of Inverell doesn't leave many places available with wooden 1880s.
I was about to enter Toronto as pure guesswork, but see that Gulgong is in, and has the acclaim.

There is a name on the building

I read the sequence as hayseed holding back for others to go ahead, and Oliver did so, and won.
Even knowing the answer now, I haven't had time to find my photo there. That one wasn't Jan.70, it was sometime in June 95, and my railway group got there by bus.
