Hmmmm! Can't see it being Jeep, they have the 7 bar grille, only 5 bar grilles were used in the AM General Postal Service issue, way too late for them. (got one here in me shed).

Looks more like an afterthought or something adapted. BUT, I.D.S.T.B.C.
