Packard
Maybe Clipper model?

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

fxs80 may deserve a pony of beer for xact model info

Hudson literally took their sedan bodies and chopped them in half to create a pick up truck. From the front and inside the dash looks like a car. From the back, it's a truck.
