One thing I would like people to learn is to CROP their pictures as often you see more foreground and back ground than what you are taking a picture of
Ian
Sample as below If this was done on some picture resizing might not be needed

Hi,

Good News,
You can do that in Paint too.
And here is how Rusty might have done it;

Right click your photo and select Edit.
then
Select, Rectangular Selection
Crop
Resize
Pixels, Horizontal (i.e. 800)
Tick Maintain aspect ratio
OK
Save As (new name)

Upload that to i.e. PhotoBucket, Capture the Direct URL
paste that between the HCVC [*img][*/img] bizzo, (without the *'s)
and

Roberts your uncle.

P.S. Mia Maxima Culpa;
I started this topic and cited various Horizontal numbers because they seemed to work for me and my taste in photo sizes in MY posts.
Imagine (no pun intended) my :-[ when I saw that i had set my screen Zoom size (bottom right hand corner of the Windows screen) to 125% because it enabled me to easily read this stuff (WITH spectacles), so long ago that I'd actually forgotten I'd done that thing :o.
The Horizontal number of 800 therefore really is then a totally arbitrary number. ::)
