Thanks John, the seals seem to be the issue, rather than the bore.

I reckon Power Brakes in Adelaide should be able to sort it for you.  I believe they do a mail in/repair/mail out service in pretty good time, although i have only ever dropped off and picked up jobs that they have done for me, in person.

If your confident on the bore size take the seals to a brake n clutch shop. With bore size they should be able match the seals.

If they are anything like a Volvo be prepared to tear your hair out bleeding it when you get it together can’t remember what we did that eventually got it bled I think in the end it was just good luck
Nobody could tell me what the correct process was so we pushed fluid in from the bottom and the top and the bottom and the top and the bottom and when I was about to get the petrol and a box of matches it decided it would work

Good luck
Bluey

Or at worst, it could be taken out and sleeved.

Yep, Dad had a RoadRanger fitted to his G88 30 years ago, replacing the horrid 16 speed Volvo box.  A RoadRanger almost makes a Volvo half decent to drive.
