Google is my friend. Looks like a 1952 Ford V8, previous registration EK6077, ex Katikati Fire Brigade. :)

Knocked off the internet at www.111emergency.co.nz (for educational purposes of course) are the following photos of the Katikati Fire Brigade Ford V8. First photo is the property of Bruce Nilson and the second is Daniel Capon. Thanks guys, through this education we will add to our existing (if scant) knowledge of NZ Ford V8 fire trucks.
