I am having trouble finding out who PRIMAX were. The sign on the side - Voici Les Primes - literally translated means "Here are the bonuses or premiums" Refers to such things as pay bonus, store sale discount credit, government subsidy (baby bonus etc). Quite possible I have missed something in the translation of the real colloquial meaning of the phrase.

All searches indicate PRIMAX as a medical manufacturer - X-ray machines, hearing aids etc. Fancy Fluro sign might indicate a company involved in electric technology. With the windows it might be a mobile X-ray clinic?
