Can you help identify the make of this 1930s bus?

This image is cropped from a larger photo from the Richard Riggs Collection posted on the Lost Perth facebook group:

I've spent the last couple of days trawling the net trying to identify the chassis make for this bus.

From the front wheels it appears to be American in origin.

The closest I can find is a very similar 1928 bus delivered to KLM in Amsterdam:

Also, there's this image I found of what is reported to be a 1928 REO GB [note the similarity of windscreen layout]:

However, I've not been able to find any further reference to a GB-model REO chassis anywhere on the net.

From the larger, original photo, another bus's registration indicates that the photo was taken post-July 1935.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Even better would be if someone had access to any REO publicity material from that era. Thanks.

Hi perthbus .. a lot of early Reo's got sold into WA back in the day, and there's every chance a few ended up as bus bodies....

How about a Minerva, built in Belgium?
