OPtty sure not a FIAT. Although the external cab shape is similar the rear window is actually smaller then the Bedford but more importantly the pictured truck has the Bedford "drop" door window while FIAT goes straight across..

Albions mainly had 8 stud wheels ....Chieftain was a 4 cyl.......,the Super Six Chieftain ,and the Reiver bogie or lazy ..... had 400 motors and all had the lightweight hub reduction ........that was the main difference from the Leyland Comet with the same cab,400 motor with #4 Eaton diff and full air brakes ........bigger Leylands all had 10 stud wheels ,and 600 or 680 motors.
