Fund this old girl at a mates place in the way back from the Naracoorte weekend. Started first time, used for feeding sheep, check the cable lifting system. "Only broken once or twice" hellava bang when she did!

That hoisting system was the first power system for trucks, in the 1920's an American idea. An under chassis winch was used first and later a hydraulic hoist.

I bet the sheep came running when they saw that old girl drive into the paddock loaded with grain, looks like the winch mechanism uses a Model T diff.
