Fri.20.4.12 Melbourne 'Herald Sun' had a heartwarming piece on the WWII life of Albert Tatterson: a typical happy-go-lucky young man when he enlisted, despite his parents' reservations. Unlike many, he took a camera (used clandestinely; they weren't allowed). He survived. His photos are not of the horror of war, but mainly of soldiers of his age group, in camp. He is still alive. His grandson provided a selection of photos from the album for the article. Here are the two truck ones.
What are they?
