That is a easy question! No obvious signs of rust! That is very unusual for a IH truck. Or is that just mine?

Atkipete - The red AL-130 appears to have a couple of accessory chrome bars across the grille, that weren't standard.

It is either an AL running the later AR/AS series cab with the one piece windscreen
or
it is an AR running an AL bonnet and grill

or even
an AS running AL panels in front of the firewall.

What did they call it?

Well I have seen the chrome bars before, but some were just painted, It is the windscreen that is different, they usually had a split screen. Bruce is most likely right, a later AR cab has been fitted. But maybe an imported cab amking the truck an L130, not an AL130.
