I think the late Julius Caesar would not agree if he were still around.

There may be some truth in your explanation though. Possibly South Oz has 'November' and North Oz has 'Novemeber' as last year I saw Aborigines setting fire to the bush up in NT and then a couple of weeks later I saw wind and Rain in Vic.
